  • Adding the Echoplex/Duncan boss fight
  • Adding 20 rooms in a newly tiled zone, The Lab (zone 3)
  • Adding 10 unlockable challenge rooms
  • One of the challenge rooms contains a secret area, secret area currently doesn’t have anything in it.
  • Lots of CPU performance improvements.
  • Adding 2 new weapons, the Endless Night and the Blak Nail
  • Adding a new drug, Tru Widow.
    • Until you take damage, killing an enemy will immediately cool down your weapon
  • Adding 7 new enemies, most of which show up in the lab
    • Spiker - fires seeking projectiles that peter out after a while
    • Elite Spiker - Same as above, but more health and faster firing
    • Air Support Matrix - Buffs nearby enemies, nullifies YOUR projectiles
    • Crab Walker (unanimated greybox) - Fires a horizontal beam when it has line of sight
    • Microwave Bomb - A ton of health, needs to be killed before it counts down to zero and damages you no matter where you are.
    • Stealth Drone - Stealthed until you get too close to it
    • Bishop (unanimated greybox) - Fires a stream of bullets, but also spawns tiny drones.
  • Adding intro titles

  • Adding a Time/Blood banking room (Lab)
    • Trade your health for time!
    • Trade your time for health!
  • Adding a new secret NPC. Some fans in the Arboretum won’t have blades in them. Standing in front of them will prompt you to interact with a drone inside. Giving it money will put a large deadlock pickup in the next empty fan well that you find in the same run.
  • LENS FLARES
  • Adding a spinning blade trap fixture (Lab only, for now)
  • Avalanche has much less health
  • Adding testing commands to the pause menu
  • New room type: Gauntlet
    • A blue pedestal in a room with some traps has a deadlock pickup on it. Picking it up will always upgrade traps in the entire tower and spawn enemies in your room.

Notable Fixes

  • The Tutorial works again
  • Cratr now works correctly in cases where the player didn’t jump (falling)
  • Dailies are fixed (they were a bit broken)
  • Improvements to distortion rings
  • Things are no longer interactible when you’re dead
  • Players no longer all start with a transfusion kit (this, combined with the above fix means players cannot heal themselves while dead)
  • No more rain in the Prophet boss room
  • Players should no longer get stuck on walls
  • Dead players should no longer be colliding with living players.
  • Adding sounds to Jupiter’s melee attack.
